This information will tell you how we handle your personal data, how you can contact us if you have questions about the processing of your personal data and other important information about the processing of your personal data. We recommend that you read this information carefully. This information may change from time to time. Current information regarding the processing of your personal data will be published on our website www.horecup.com.

When processing your personal data, we comply with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and related regulations.

The following information specifies the conditions for the processing of personal data by the company HoreCup, s.r.o. according to the specific purpose of processing:

Personal data we process

Identification and contact data: Name, surname, title, address, IČO, telephone number and e-mail address, signature, job position or function.

Transaction data: Bank account number, data on the amount of the contract/remuneration, data on payments, data on receivables and liabilities.

Image records: Image records in which you can be identified.

For what purpose do we process your personal data

We process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with you, negotiating the conclusion of the contract and on the basis of special laws, in particular Act 431/2002 Coll. on accounting.

If you perform work on our premises, we are obliged to process your personal data for occupational health and safety purposes on the basis of special laws, in particular Act No. 124/2006 Coll. on occupational health and safety.

Monitoring our premises with a camera system. If you visit us or if you perform work on our premises, we process your personal data for the purpose of protecting our property based on our legitimate interests.

How long do we keep your personal data

How long do we keep your personal data: For the purpose of fulfilling the contract, we must keep your personal data for 10 years after the year to which it relates. For occupational health and safety purposes, we must keep your personal data for 5 years after the year to which it relates. We keep the image recording from camera systems for a maximum of 15 days from its creation. After the retention period has expired, we will ensure the immediate destruction of your personal data.

Are you obliged to provide us with personal data?

The provision of personal data for the purposes of contract performance and OHS is mandatory. If you do not provide personal data, we cannot conclude a contract with you. If you move around our premises, we will process a video recording in which you can be identified and the provision is mandatory.

With whom will your personal data be shared?

Recipients under special laws: Tax office, or other recipients under special laws.

Intermediaries: In some cases, we may entrust the processing of your personal data to our service providers, i.e. intermediaries who process your personal data on our behalf only on the basis of documented contractual instructions.

Our intermediaries are:

  • External accounting processor
  • IT service providers
  • OHS service provider
  • External security service

 

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

What are your rights?

Right to access your personal data: You have the right to obtain from us, upon request, information about what personal data we process about you and to be provided with a copy of your personal data. However, the rights of third parties cannot be limited by this.

Right to correct or supplement personal data: Personal data must be correct, up-to-date and true. You have the right, upon request, to correct incorrect and supplement incomplete personal data. By exercising this right, you help us to keep your personal data correct and up to date.

In addition to some statutory exceptions, you also have the following rights

Right to erasure of personal data: You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if the purpose of the processing has ceased or the personal data is being processed unlawfully.

Right to restriction of processing: You have the right, upon request, to block your personal data.

Right to portability of your personal data: You have the right, upon request, to receive your personal data that we process about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request the transmission of these personal data to another controller, where technically feasible. However, the rights of third parties may not be limited by this.

Right to object to the processing of your personal data: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

How to exercise your rights: You can exercise your rights by sending a written request by post to our address or electronically to the email address info@horecup.sk.

We will respond to your request regarding the processing of personal data without undue delay, in any case within one month of its receipt. In special cases, the period may be extended by another two months, but in any case we will inform you of the reasons for the extension of the period within one month of receiving the request. The information is provided free of charge. However, if your requests are unreasonable or frequently repeated, we may request a reasonable administrative fee for their processing

You have the right to file a petition for the initiation of proceedings with the supervisory authority (Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27) if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in conflict with these conditions or applicable legislation.
