We are asking from our clients to deliver vector files and outlined typography for best printing results. When customer does not have vector files (only bitmap images in formats like .jpg, .png, etc.) our graphic department can recreate your logo for a fee. This fee is calculated by the designer for the specific amount of time required for the work (30 € / hour for graphic design work). You can contact us for specifications.
Flexographic printing technology is limited in a complexity of the design. Our graphic department reviews every design before approval of printing. We inform our clients of any and every change regarding the design which was delivered to us before printing. We reserve the right to adjust, change and configure the design you send to us, so we can provide the best service and secure the highest quality of printing for your design.
We can print your design with maximum 3 specific colors, which can have a raster effect. Please be aware that we only use Pantone UNCOATED color scale to achieve the best viscosity and saturation on cellulose material of napkins.
In flexographic printing technology there are small but inevitable movements of the material. Therefore we inform our clients of possible movement in a printing direction by +/- 2 mm. This movement also affects printing of multiple colors.
In a case that multiple colors overlap or our graphic designer decides that there is a need for overprinting lines, technical change or design adjustment, we will inform you about these changes and we will ask for your approval before printing.
